Hi! I liked your video a lot. I'm a triathlete (half IM for now with some plans for full IM). I'm as you an overpronator, so till now I have been using asics shoes (GT2140). I'm not yet a forefoot strikers, but would like to become one. would you reccomend newtons shoes to LEARN forefoot running?
I have a bit sceptics because I got last year a pair of neutral "barefoot" nike, and just couldn't run in those because of the pain ...
many many thanks in advance
